Summer Fun!

For my birthday, Kari and Isla took me to Neskowin Beach (which is where we got engaged). Isla had so much fun in the sand and in the cold water. She was cranky the whole week prior, but once she got in the sand and started playing, she would have been happy there for the whole next week.

Isla also ate more sand than she ate of anything else that day. I guess she likes salt like her grandma Lute.

One thing we have liked doing on warm evenings is finding a park like Riverfront park, where it is cooler than our house, and just hanging out a bit before Isla goes to bed. We have a great time just spending time together.
